We do not accept refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

Non-returnable Items
Sale items, discounted items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any conditions.
